ServSafe Curriculum

The new edition of the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification books (version seven) have been released!

 

As of May 2017, the newest version of the ServSafe Food Protection Manager course has been made available for ordering.  The updated exams will be available as of August 2017.  All other ServSafe books, courses and exams are still being accepted as well.
